The Annual meeting will be held at St. John Matthew Emanuel Lutheran Church in Brooklyn on Sunday, February 23rd from 3pm-6pm. All Delegates can participate on zoom or in person. All Pastors, Delegates, and Participants must register on Eventbrite. Please indicate if you are a Pastor, Delegate, or a Participant (non-voting) when registering.

Participants may attend in person at St. JME in Brooklyn or via a Zoom. The day of the event, everyone will receive a zoom link. We ask that delegates put a "D" in front of their names for voting purposes.

In-person delegates should plan to arrive at 2:30 in order to sign in for voting and quorum purposes.
