The 6th Annual St. JME Christmas Sale will take place on Saturday, Dec 8th from 8:30 am—4:00 pm.
100% of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to HIAS, an agency that assists newly-arrived refugees. Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh was attacked by a man who objected to their support of HIAS. St. JME stands with our Jewish neighbors in welcoming the stranger, the widow and the orphan.
We will also need volunteers to staff the sale. A sign-up sheet will be available in the social hall following worship. Volunteers are needed for two shifts (8 am—12pm; 12pm—4 pm). Thank you in advance for volunteering to make this special annual tradition a success! Please contact Gary Heard (glheard@yahoo.com) for more information.
