This Sunday is the Twentieth Sunday after Pentecost and REFORMATION SUNDAY! Remember to wear red.
We welcome back Pastor David who has been on sabbatical for the past four months. The Pastor will preside at communion and Marc Youngblood will preach.
Coffee Hour will be a WELCOME BACK POTLUCK. Bring a dish to pass.
Our Youth will be holding their second car wash fundraiser at 1 pm. Bring your car to church and support their trip to the ELCA Youth Gathering in 2015.
Join us for worship this Sunday, October 19th, as we celebrate the deft leadership of Pastor Thomas Crossman during Pastor David’s sabbatical. This will be Pastor Crossman’s last Sunday with us, so we hope you’ll join us in acknowledging the fruitful journey we’ve all taken together.
Worship begins at 11 am, followed by coffee hour and the Volunteer Fair where we will highlight the many service opportunities here at St. JME. The Youth Group will also hold their monthly meeting, followed by an outing to Coney Island.
