Break out the mittens – The St. John-St. Matthew Emanuel Lutheran Youth Group is going skiing at Windham Mountain on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008!

The trip cost is $69.95 for a round-trip bus ride and lift ticket. The bus is organized by Panda Sports in Bay Ridge.

The bus will depart from 9213 5th Ave (at 92nd St) in Brooklyn at 5:30 a.m.

To return, the bus leaves the mountain at 4:15 p.m., which puts us back in Brooklyn in the late evening. We’ll call from the road with an ETA.

Equipment rental is available at the mountain ($29 for skis, boots and poles; $35 for a snowboard and boots, plus tax).
